Platform scope
ReadyCost is intended to provide performance marketing infrastructure for advertisers, affiliates, and authorized team members. Final terms will define account eligibility, acceptable traffic, campaign obligations, payment terms, prohibited conduct, and platform enforcement rights.
Account responsibility
Users are expected to maintain accurate account and business information, protect authentication credentials, and use workspace access only within their authorized role.
Tracking and financial records
Campaign, conversion, payout, adjustment, and related records may be used to support operational review and reconciliation. Final contractual language must define which records govern disputes and how reversals, chargebacks, invalid traffic, taxes, and payment timing are handled.
Before launch
These terms are an implementation placeholder and must be finalized by qualified legal counsel based on ReadyCost's business entity, markets, commercial model, payment flows, affiliate rules, advertiser obligations, and dispute process.
